I love the idea of keeping a batch of pickled red onions in the fridge. Thank you Zoe, for the wonderful galette recipes!!! Yummy!
I almost always have a batch in my fridge! They are a nice way to add some pickly-ness (and color) to a sandwich, eggs, tacos, and more. Let me know what you think if you make the nachos!
